SHEET 02 Capabilities

The permanent collection · RB.001 to RB.006

Six capabilities,
engineered for the floor.

Everything below ships the same way: offline-first, bilingual, sealed against the public, and tested like a visitor, not like a demo. Commission one, or hand us the whole gallery.

RB.001

Interactive kiosks & touch software

Bilingual touchscreen experiences designed for standing visitors, gallery light and ten thousand taps a week.

  • Adaptive quizzes with difficulty ladders, timers, leaderboards and on-screen certificates
  • Attract loops with generative graphics drawn live from your collection's own palette
  • Ghost-tap shields, mash guards and wake behaviour tuned on real visitors, not simulators
  • English + Hindi by construction; more languages by configuration
RUNS ON · Windows / Android / Linux panels
INPUT · touch-first, on-screen keyboards, no mouse ever
RB.002

Immersive AV & projection

Synchronised film walls, soundscapes and ambient screens that hold a room and recover on their own.

  • Multi-screen playback bridges with clean loops and no visible seams
  • Boot-safe after power cuts: the wall comes back by itself, correctly, every time
  • Calibration for throw, colour and sound-bleed between adjacent rooms
FORMAT · 4K · looped · unattended
CONTROL · scheduled, or triggered by the visit
RB.003

Digital archives & catalogues

Deep-dive browsing for hundreds of objects, films and oral histories, structured so a curator updates content without touching code.

  • Content-driven systems: the register is data, the app renders it
  • Missing media degrades to an honest "coming soon", never a broken box
  • Lights up automatically as files land: no rebuild, no engineer
HANDOVER · curator-editable, documented
RB.004

AI visitor experiences

Guided journeys, adaptive interpretation and multilingual delivery powered by on-device intelligence.

  • Private by design: no visitor data leaves the building, because nothing is connected to leave through
  • On-device models sized to the panel: no cloud bill, no outage
  • Adaptive difficulty and personalised paths through a collection
LANGUAGES · English · हिंदी · extensible
PRIVACY · offline by architecture, not by policy
RB.005

3D scanning & museum replicas

Artefacts scanned, remastered and re-materialised: print-ready heritage replicas for handling collections, retail and outreach.

  • Photogrammetry through remaster to production print, one studio
  • Handling copies for education; retail editions for the museum shop
  • First edition: the Dancing Girl of Mohenjo-daro at hand scale
LINE · Red Banana Replicas
PIPELINE · scan → remaster → print → finish
RB.006

Install, harden & maintain

Panel installation, kiosk lockdown and honest testing: planted-failure verification, not green-light theatre.

  • Kiosk sessions locked to the experience: no desktop, no escape, no curious fingers into Windows
  • Watchdogs that report what happened, never quietly repair over it
  • Soak-tested: forty simulated visitors per app before we ship, flat memory or it does not go
  • Remote monitoring over a private network where the venue allows it
SLA · gallery-hours uptime
DOCTRINE · a test that cannot fail is not a test

Method

How a gallery gets built

I

Read the room

We start from the curatorial concept: the technology must explain the exhibition, never perform beside it.

II

Build offline-first

Every experience assumes the worst floor: no network, hard power cuts, endless mashing. It runs anyway.

III

Test like a visitor

Suites that tap the glass the way people do, including planted failures, so a passing test actually means something.

IV

Stand by the install

We install, harden and monitor. Opening day is the start of the service, not the end of the contract.
