A useful first email tells us:
- The venue and the room: size, light, power, and whether the floor has internet (it's fine if it doesn't; we prefer it)
- The opening date you are working back from
- The state of the content (collection photographed? films cut? text written?): honest is more useful than tidy
- Who the visitors are, and the languages they read
- A budget band, even a rough one
